Optional analytics on this app

Without your consent in the cookie banner, no analytics or diagnostic data is sent to PostHog. If you consent, we may process pseudonymous usage events, technical errors, and — where enabled — session replays. You can withdraw consent anytime on the cookie page.

What “analytics” consent covers

A single consent covers: pseudonymous usage events (for example filters, cart actions), a pseudonymous user identifier after sign-in (Supabase user id — not your email as the PostHog id), session replay to improve usability (inputs are masked; depending on page content some information may still be visible), and automated technical error reporting where sent to PostHog.

Retention in PostHog

Processing in PostHog is limited by contract and project settings: about twelve months for standard analytics and event data, and about ninety days for session replay data. The DPA and in-product retention settings are authoritative.

Processor arrangement

PostHog is used as a processor; a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is in place. Processing uses the EU region (including eu.posthog.com / eu.i.posthog.com). Traffic is routed via a first-party path on our domain to PostHog.

Data minimisation

We only capture events needed for product improvement and stability. Examples: no plaintext passwords in analytics; order events use identifiers and totals — no unnecessary personal detail. Server-side events (for example product created) are only sent when the same consent cookie is present on the request.
